Double-click it. If Windows says “Windows protected your PC”, click More info → Run anyway.

Wait a few minutes while it sets itself up (about 265 MB). Flappy Jim opens by itself, with an icon on your desktop.

Why the warning? Windows shows it for any new app that hasn't paid for a code-signing certificate. Flappy Jim installs only for your user account, needs no admin rights, and can be removed any time from Settings › Apps.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. No account and no time limit. Free streams show a small “powered by Flappy Jim” message along the bottom every 5 minutes. Flappy Jim Pro (€8 a month, or €400 once for life) removes it and adds extras. Everything runs on your own computer, so there's no server to pay for. Optional extras use free services: YouTube chat needs a free YouTube API key, and live football data uses a free API-Football key (100 updates a day).

How do I get Pro?

Pay on our Ko-fi page and you'll be sent your own Pro key. In Flappy Jim, open the ⭐ Pro tab, paste the key and click Activate — the Flappy Jim message disappears straight away.

What do my guests need?

Just a browser — Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, on a phone, tablet or computer. Send them the invite link or let them scan the QR code. If their network blocks a direct video connection (common on mobile data), Flappy Jim automatically sends their video through its own relay instead.

Does it work on Mac?

The studio app is Windows-only for now. Guests can join from any device, Mac and iPhone included.

What computer do I need?

Any Windows 10 or 11 64-bit PC from the last 6–8 years, a webcam and microphone, and an upload speed of about 6 Mbps for 720p streaming.

How do I uninstall it?

Settings › Apps › Flappy Jim › Uninstall. Your recordings in Videos › Flappy Jim are kept.
